Flightdate for SFlight Scenario BAPI Format

I want to call READ operation of SAP Netweaver Gateway Sflight Scenario

(BAPI_FLIGHT_GETDETAIL).

.../(Flightdate='2009-02-11T11:00:00',Connectionid='0017',Airlineid='AA')?$format=xml

I get an malformed url error. What format has Flightdate?
