OData Services Consumption and Integration

I'm trying to follow the steps mentioned in this help documentation to setup OData Services Consumption and Integration

I found this document How to consume an OData service using OData Services Consumption and Integration (OSCI) which highlight the steps for SP06 and for SP07, the steps are slightly different. I tried the same steps as in the document and has the same error.

Any idea on how to resolve this issue or if there is example on how to perform this task?
