OData Deep Insert using .NET Services

Hi,

I have been able to implement deep insert (batch) functions using SAP Netweaver Gateway objects:

How To Batch Multiple Operations Into A Single Request

Now, I want to write a WCF service in C# .NET exposing the deep insert functions which can be consumed by a Windows Phone client. Is this possible? If so, how? Can somebody guide me by providing me a code sample?
