Problem with Prepackaged Trial Gateway SP3

Hi Experts,

we have used Prepackaged Trial Gateway SP2 which was doing fine.

Now, we have installed Prepackaged Trial Gateway SP3.

With this one, Im trying to create (again) my OData Model like it is decribed here:

On Page 16 I should map a Range Table. Excactly this step is going to  corrupt my model because

if I check through transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE, I'm getting errors.

The main error says : "In the context of Data Services an unknown internal server error occured"

The detailed one says: "Subfield access (offset = 1-, length = 3) to a data object of size 3 outside valid limits."

                                     (Source /IWCOR/IF_REST_HANDLER~HANDLE Line 180)

Is this a known error or am I the first one who is facing it?

How can I resolve this error?
