how to pass multiple header value s using gateway ?

hi experts ,

i have went through a PDF defining how to define complex business entities using gateway. In that they are passing header items with line items.

there they are defining header values inline  with items, but when try with only header values its not working. and in my output there is justa field i am showing while in complex business entity they are passing table and output is also table.
