TRV_TE_CRE app is giving Trip Data inconsistent Error

Hi,

         When ever am trying to Add expenses and submit using TRV_TE_CRE (My Travel and Expense) app, system returning Trip data inconsistent error.

if nothing has been added in expense, am able to submit.

Any suggestion?
