gateway with multiple login under one user id?

Hi all

we are using one central gateway and 2 back end system

1 -> HR

2 -> Logistics

On HR user has H user id, means --> H123

On Logistics has A B C user id , means --> A123, B123, C123

Currently Gateway has only HR Users H123

we want one H user id for all HR and Logistics system.

how to implement scenario?

Currently we implemented PR PO without standard attached workflow, with P user id,

As backend system get hit by H user, and its convert H user into A B C user, by replacing first character and return result by H user,

so please let us know? what is best solution to implement.

is there is license cost copy H users from HR production to Logistics production system?
