How to develop odata for functional location based equipments filtering?

Hi,

In my project, we are working on PM module but the customer asking in T-code IW21, Functional location field when we select related to that particular Equipments needs to be filtered and displayed in the next field Equipment.

Can anybody help me how to achieve this using functional module..
