How to reset a password when the system is always shows down ?

Hello,

I have a trial account since a long time and have forgotten my password. When I try to reset it here :

https://supsignformssapicl.hana.ondemand.com/SUPSignForms/

then I choose "Reset User" and enter a new password, I always have a message with "system down...". I tried many times from different computers, browsers and OSes with the same result.

What should I do to solve it and set up a new password.
