where is the gateway 2.0 SPS06 roles template?

Hi,

I just installed SAP Gateway 2.0 SPS06 based on NW 731...according to this page: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_gateway20sp02/helpdata/en/c0/af543a0ce04b7690c196294db1b802/content.htm

there should many roles for me to copy and adjust, but in my system, I cannot find out any of these roles, for example /IWFND/RT_ADMIN
