how to do ui5 application and workflow dialog task integration ?

Hi All,

I have created a Ui5 application with multiple fields and custom workflow, now can you please help me how to achieve below integration.

1. 1) The workitem should show in the ui5 unified Inbox
2. 2) When I click the workitem it should open my Ui5 application

Note: I have the inbox up and running and showing some other workitem.

I have done the configuration in the below highlighted hoping workitem will showup, but it did not showup
