Hi,
we aim to use the unified inbox on Gateway in conjunction with BPM tasks. Now we have the requirement to be able to attach the link of the related back end work item (like a case or activity) to the BPM task and then as well have the link available in the unified inbox task.
User wants to navigate from the inbox task directly to the back end system object to work on the e.g. activity (means we don't want to navigate to the BPM task but the backend object that is related to it). The users are all within the local network. As well we have the framework for user management and single sign on in place.
My question would be how can we achieve this conceptually. Any thoughts?
